Position Overview
Yale Cancer Center (YCC), an NCI-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center, seeks a collaborative and strategic leader to serve as Associate Director for Research Administration.
Reporting to the Director of Yale Cancer Center, the Associate Director provides leadership for the center's research administration activities, including Cancer Center Support Grant (CCSG) management, strategic planning, shared resource oversight, research program administration, and initiatives that foster collaborative, translational cancer research across Yale University.
The Associate Director serves as a key member of the cancer center leadership team and works closely with faculty, administrators, and institutional partners to advance YCC's research mission and support continued excellence in cancer research.
